About

After years of working as entrepreneur and a design director in innovation consulting, within the fields of corporate communication, publishing, technology, financial services, and non-profit industries, the extensive experience Michele gained in creative, conceptual solutions and strategic engagement is now informing her work as a relationship + culture + wealth psychologist.

Michele’s doctoral research “When She has The Money” brought her in touch with the core issues that affect financially diverse marriages. She is curious about the impact of socio-cultural biases, gender role ideology, transforming identity and deepening partnership development, transmission of intergenerational values and attachment theory.

Michele is currently the Director of Member Insights and Engagement for The Family Business Network - USA and has been a featured speaker and content creator for the Purposeful Planning Institute, as well as featured in peer-reviewed journals that focus on topics including financial diversity in marriages, effects of intergenerational trauma in family business, and more.

On a personal note, Michele is a yoga, music, and nature lover. She’s a fierce proponent of good food, good design, and good company. She’s pretty competitive in a family card game and loves a good interior design magazine. Michele lives with her husband and two daughters in Berkeley, CA.
